Everyday after work I spend most of my time on my smartphone. I chat with friends on Whatsapp, scroll trough Facebook, check out Instagram, watch some vlogs on YouTube, play Clash Of Clans, watch some Korean Dramas/American series…the list is endless!!
I go to bed late at night and wake up very early in the morning to go to work! Every morning I feel so drained, grumpy and tired.. I just don’t want to wake up at all!
Everyday I would make a resolution but as soon as I reach home, I change my mind and think ” Just today.. Tomorrow we shall sleep early..” and the chain never ends.
Sometimes I’m so hooked to my phone that I don’t even spend time with my family! Although I hate phubbing, I do it myself without my knowledge! Not only to my family members but to myself too!
I have been phubbing myself and my health by not sleeping early and not making enough time for my personal work and family!
I think it’s high time to put a full stop for this. All I need is a kick start. It is now or never!
So, today’s dare is…
NO MORE PHUBBING!
I’m not going to touch my phone after work from 8 pm until tomorrow morning!
